This topic demonstrates how to add an aircraft addon to Flight Simulator 2004 using Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2004 by working step-by-step through the installation of an actual, downloadable aircraft addon.
Our aircraft addon is called Gloster Meteor T Mk.7 by Saverio Maurri and Rick Piper. Download the 11.2 MB zip file to a folder called Addons on your C: drive, if you wish to match-up perfectly with this walkthrough:

Begin by opening Addit! Pro. Pull down the File menu as shown below then select Install an Addon:
After the Addon Installation Wizard window appears, press Select Addon Files:
When the Select Addon Files window appears, locate meteort7.zip (the file you downloaded above). Select only this zip file. Make sure all of the files inside the zip file are selected in the Zip File list, as shown below. Press OK:
Back on the Addon Installation Wizard window, all colored indicators are either green or yellow so it is safe to press Finish at this point. This will install the addon using the default configuration. Press Finish to complete the installation:
Finally, start Flight Simulator 2004 and select the new Gloster Meteor T7 aircraft and enjoy!
