About Generative AI
Generative AI services embed generation features in an existing product or workflow. The engineering work lies in constraining generation to the organization's standards: tone, terminology and factual accuracy for text, provenance and rights for images and audio, and correctness and security for generated code. We design each feature with the controls that make its output acceptable for external or regulated use.
We define quality criteria and safety policies before building, encode them as an evaluation set and content filters, and add human review where the consequences of an error warrant it. We log generated output with the inputs and model version behind it, so you can reproduce any result on request. Rights and provenance records for generated media stay with the output and remain available for review after publication.
