AI Integration & Implementation
Integration of AI systems into existing enterprise platforms with the security, identity and observability controls those platforms require.
About AI Integration & Implementation
An AI system reaches users through the platforms where work is done: CRM, ERP, ticketing, document management, data warehouses and internal APIs. Integration and implementation services carry an AI component from a working system to one embedded in that infrastructure. Authentication, authorization, data handling and observability are built to meet the organization's security standards and the expectations of its platform owners.
Every system boundary the AI component will cross is mapped, together with the identity, permission and data-residency rules that apply at each one. Integrations are built as typed, versioned interfaces with observability across the request path, and failures are handled so that partial actions do not leave records inconsistent. Where an agent acts on an enterprise system, write access is granted only after the permission model and action log have passed security review.
What you receive
- Integration architecture with security and identity model
- Production connectors to enterprise platforms
- End-to-end observability across integrated systems
- Security review and platform-owner sign-off documentation
When to engage
Engage when a working AI system must be embedded in CRM, ERP, ticketing or data platforms and its platform owners must approve the integration.
